Save Your Trade is currently operated under the name “Save Your Trade”. If the business is incorporated as an LLP or another legal entity in the future, this policy may be updated accordingly.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your login email and account/profile information that you provide while creating or using an account.
• Trading journal data: trade information retrieved from connected supported brokers and information you maintain within the service.
• Broker data: read-only trading data obtained from supported broker integrations such as Zerodha and Upstox when you connect them.
• Payment information: payment and transaction information required to process subscriptions through Razorpay. We do not intend to store your full card, UPI or banking credentials on our own systems.
• Usage information: website and service usage information collected through Google Analytics and similar technical mechanisms, where enabled.
• Technical information: information reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting and service operation, such as device/browser and log information.

• To create and authenticate your account.
• To provide the trading journal, analytics and related features.
• To retrieve and display read-only trade information from connected brokers.
• To process subscriptions and payments through Razorpay.

4. Broker connections

When you connect a supported broker, Save Your Trade uses the broker integration to retrieve read-only trade data. Save Your Trade does not use these connections to place, modify, cancel or close orders on your behalf.

Broker services remain subject to the respective broker’s own terms, privacy policy and security controls.

5. Where your data is stored

Your login email and trade data are stored using Supabase as part of the service infrastructure. Payment processing is handled through Razorpay. Website analytics may be handled through Google Analytics.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies and applicable law.

6. Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics to understand traffic, usage patterns and website performance. Analytics technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser and, where available, the choices provided by the relevant analytics service.

7. Data retention and deletion

Our target retention period is to delete your account-related personal data and trade data within 30 days after a valid account deletion request, subject to technical processing time and any information that must be retained to meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution requirements.

Payment records held by payment providers may be retained by those providers where required for legal, regulatory, accounting or transaction purposes.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with your account, and may raise questions or complaints about our processing of your data.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Save Your Trade is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide the service to children under 18.

Save Your Trade is intended to operate in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules when they apply, and relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
